By using Kingpes templates and the editor, you agree to the terms below.
Using the templates
You may use the templates for free to build a website for your own shop, business or project, including commercial use, and change them as you like.
You may not resell or redistribute the templates as templates (for example on a theme marketplace) without a license. The full source code for self-hosting is offered separately in the Pro package.
Your content
You are responsible for the text, photos, products, prices and contact details on your website: they must be truthful, lawful and you must have the right to use the photos. Replace all sample data (shop name, prices, sample reviews) before publishing.
Photos included in templates
Template photos are licensed CC0 or Public Domain and may be used commercially; sources are listed in the included CREDITS.md file.
No absolute guarantee
Kingpes is provided “as is”. We work to keep templates running well in common browsers, but we can’t guarantee your site will never have problems or will rank first on Google. Kingpes is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the templates.
Changes
We may update templates, features and these terms. The update date is shown at the top of this page. Websites you have already downloaded are not changed.
